Moung Finh

Moung Finh is Executive Director of US Family Health Plan at PacMed. Her responsibilities range from growing the USFHP provider network to ensuring compliance with Department of Defense contracts to overseeing operations, case management and utilization management. She is directly responsible for patient satisfaction, and USFHP consistently earns high ratings on annual member satisfaction surveys.

Finh has worked with Pacific Medical Centers since 1995 and brings deep knowledge and hands-on experience at all levels of the organization, both clinical and administrative. She served as Manager of Member Services and Enrollment starting in 2004 and, in 2006, became Manager of USFHP Operations, where she oversaw budget development and set direction for member services, enrollment, claims, referrals and systems management. She moved to her current role in 2009.

Finh holds a BAS in Healthcare Leadership and Management from Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington, as well as a degree in Medical Office Administration. She currently serves as Chair of the Board for the US Family Health Plan Alliance.

When not encouraging excellence at work, Finh enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and traveling to Palm Springs, Southern California and Hawaii.
